Update: just returned for lunch - I had the grilled cheese. It was pretty good and really LOVE sitting on the patio! Also had the sweet potato fries. They were good and we really liked the dip. The staff is great about checking on you during your meal. First visit: We went there just for coffee and a bakery item. People were super friendly. The look of the place is so fun, especially if you were in the location before it became the Farmstead. It has nice outdoor seating - they had annual flowers out and some good patio seating. Staff came to check on us while we were there. You go up to the counter and order - will go for a full meal next time. There is a lot going on inside but easy to see where and how to order. Will definitely return and so happy it is right here in Argyle. They so tell you about the proceeds that go towards pediatric cancer. Pictured is the vanilla scone and part of the outdoor patio.

The best lunch I’ve had in a long time! Can’t recommend it enough. Excellent margaritas, avocado burger, and cinnamon roll. The family running it is amazing and the cashier training for pilot school was very friendly. Their mascot is very cute and the place is dog friendly

EVERYTHING about the his place is fabulous! The food is so fresh, the atmosphere is bright and cheery, every one of the wait staff is nice and always have a smile on their face. The menu has such variety, but every item is so well thought out as to what pairs with what. You can get a fabulous salad, or an amazing cheeseburger, Zaggat rated enchiladas or a seared ahi tuna sandwich (sooooo good!!!). I wake up craving this place. The owners are such great people and it is a labor of love for them as they are supporting childrens pediatric cancer patients. I dare you to try it and not like it. So good!

We didn't know this place was here except for doing a search online. The outside doesn't stand out but the interior is a warm, country chic. The food and service was wonderful! Probably some of the best sweet potato fries we have ever had. The burger was also very good. The chicken enchiladas were huge and the rice with it had a nice flavor with a what I thought was a touch of curry? We ordered a cinnamon roll to go and it came with a good amount of fruit on the side. Too stuffed to try it yet but it looks so good. We haven't found many places in the area that we want to go back to right away but we could definitely see being a regular here. It does say dog bar and we did see one dog inside. NICE JOB Little Joe's!!

I came across an ad for this place on Facebook and we decided to give it a try after I read all the wonderful reviews. I'm so happy that we did, we will be adding Little Joe's into our rotation. The outside is so easy to miss, we did in fact drive right past it. It kind of looks like a big blank white container from the road but once you get around back the place shines. It has wonderful outdoor seating with rocking chairs, which was what we opted for over the inside. It was Sunday and packed! The place is very popular and for good reason. I heard about how excellent their cinnamon rolls were so I got one of those to share along with a blackberry muffin. Both come with a generous side of fresh berries. They are served warm and just delicious! I had the Alys Beach Sandwhich with garlic fries which was outstanding! The portions are very fair. I could only eat half and took the other half home. My husband thad the chicken enchiladas and cleaned his plate. I wish we would have found this place sooner.

We had a great breakfast at Little Joe's. I had the East Beach breakfast and my wife had the pancakes. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The pancakes were especially good, fluffy but with a crispy exterior. The prices were reasonable considering the large portions. We definitely plan to go back and try them for lunch
